This website
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss.
Everything it needs — the pages, the fonts, the images — is served from our own domain. No request goes to an outside service as you read it.
Your browser may still keep its own cache of the pages and images. That is your browser’s doing, not ours, and clearing it is in your browser’s settings.
The app and the venue dashboard
The mobile app is not a website and does not use cookies. It does store things on your device so it can work:
- Your sign-in session, so you are not asked for a code every time you open it.
- A notification token, if you allowed notifications.
- Small preferences, such as which notices you have dismissed.
Signing out, or deleting the app, removes them. The venue dashboard, which venue staff use in a browser, stores a sign-in session in the same way — that one is strictly necessary for it to work at all.

If this changes
If we add analytics or anything else that stores information on your device, we will update this page before we turn it on, and add a consent choice where one is required. Until then, this page says what is true rather than describing tracking that does not happen.
